Wet Weather Line Database Privacy Information

The Wet Weather Line Database is an up-to-the-minute database of messages about this weekend's childrens' sports fixtures. This privacy document covers accessing it via the iOS app, the Android app and the website.

What information does the website collect?

We use Google Analytics, which provides us with aggregate statistics about our user base. We also capture IP addresses and other browser-related information in order to troubleshoot issues, but we discard this information after 90 days and do no end-user analysis from it.

What information do the iOS and Android applications collect?

We collect even less information from the iOS and Android applications then we do from website visitors. When the application polls the database API, the underlying operating system on the phone or tablet provides us with your IP address and some version information. We log this for troubleshooting purposes but discard this after 90 days.

How will my private data be used?

We provide statistics to subscriber schools to tell them how many parents or students (aggregated) accessed the service.

Can I opt-out, or request deletion of my private data?

The information we collect is determined entirely by the applications and operating systems that you run on your phone, tablet or computer. We have no control over what is sent to us from these systems.

All data is automatically deleted after 90 days.
